Information you give us
If you contact TechMates by email or through a future enquiry form, we may receive information such as your name, email address, the technology question or project you want help with, and any files or links you choose to send. We use that information to respond to you and, if you become a client, to provide the service you have asked for.
Website analytics
TechMates may use privacy-focused Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and performance. If Google Analytics is enabled on this site, it is not loaded until you choose to accept analytics. You can decline analytics and continue to use the website normally.
Cookies and local storage
The site does not need advertising or profiling cookies to work. If Google Analytics is enabled and you accept analytics, Google may use browser storage or cookies as part of the analytics service. The site may also store your analytics choice so that we do not ask you on every page.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and client information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Sharing information
TechMates does not sell personal information. We may use service providers needed to operate the website, email, contact forms or business systems. If the website contact form is enabled, submissions may be processed by Tally. Those providers process information under their own terms and applicable data-protection requirements.
